We are busy working on addition! Yesterday, we learned how to play toss the coins. We paired up in groups of two. Each of us got 10 two sided coins (yellow and red). We tossed the coins and counted how many red and yellow coins we had. We found out how many ways we could make 10!
9+1=10, 8+2=10, 7+3=10, 6+4=10, 5+5=10
WOW, that was fun!!
Today, we reviewed EVEN and ODD numbers. We all got a sticky note to write a number on. Then we crunched it up and threw it. We all got to get a note off the floor with a number. Then, we placed it on the correct circle map. Is your number EVEN or ODD?
